General Conditions of Sale

Darte às Linhas ships orders to mainland Portugal, the archipelagos of Madeira and the Azores, Spain and France. 

The customer must ensure the correct insertion of all provided data, namely, contact details and delivery address of the order. Darte às Linhas is not responsible for incorrect and/or insufficient data entry by the customer that prevents the completion of the purchase.

The customer is solely responsible for the order placed, therefore, at the time of order completion and before proceeding with payment, they must ensure that the ordered items comply with what they intend.

After placing the order, the customer must proceed with payment, using one of the available payment methods.

Darte às Linhas only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of the respective payment, therefore it cannot guarantee the availability of items until the beginning of said processing. The customer will receive an email with confirmation that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.

All orders placed on the website are subject to product availability. Darte às Linhas tries to ensure that all items for sale on the website are in stock. However, Darte às Linhas reserves the right not to accept any orders or cancel already confirmed orders for products that are no longer in stock. Thus, if the product is unavailable and/or out of stock, the customer will be informed immediately and a partial or total cancellation of the order will be made, and the customer is entitled to a refund of the respective amount paid.

All promotional campaigns have limited stock and may be exclusive to the online store.

 

Payment Methods

Darte às Linhas offers the following payment methods:

– Credit Card;

- Payment by Entity and Reference;

- Payshop;

– MB WAY.

 

If the customer does not proceed with the payment of their order within 48 hours, the order will be immediately cancelled. 

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are charged according to the selected shipping method.

For orders to mainland Portugal with a value equal to or greater than €55, shipping costs will be free.

For orders to the Azores and Madeira with a value equal to or greater than €85, shipping costs will be free.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, with the exception of holidays and vacation periods (information available in the Online store).

Shipments are made via CTT – Correios de Portugal and via a transport company.

 

Delivery Times

After the order stock and respective payment are confirmed, Darte às Linhas undertakes to ship your order within 1 business day (mainland Portugal). For the Azores and Madeira, shipping takes approximately 2/3 business days.

Darte às Linhas is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of any shipping obligation due to a force majeure event, that is, an event, act or omission, beyond its reasonable control.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a code in your email so you can track its shipment. If you have difficulty locating your order, please contact Darte às Linhas.

When an order is returned to Darte às Linhas, due to the customer's responsibility, and the customer wishes to have it reshipped, or a new one sent, the corresponding shipping cost must be paid again, so that we can proceed with a new shipment. 

 

Exchanges/Returns

The customer has a legal period of 14 days to exchange/return a product purchased online, from the date they received it (Decree-Law No. 143/2001).

If you wish to make an exchange/return, send an email to darteaslinhas@hotmail.com or contact us by phone. Subsequently, Darte às Linhas will send a return form, which must be filled out by the customer, indicating the order number, a description of the items to be returned, as well as the reason for the exchange/return.

After filling out the return form, the customer must send it by email to Darte às Linhas and place it inside the package where they will return the item. Subsequently, Darte às Linhas will send a confirmation email of the receipt of the return form and inform the customer of the shipping address to proceed with the dispatch of the order. 

 

To exchange/return the order, the customer must comply with the following conditions:

- The item(s) must be sent in the original packaging;

- The item(s) must be in good condition;

- We only offer refunds for items sold at normal price; promotional items cannot be returned;

- The shipping cost will not be refunded; we will only refund the value of the item(s), except in situations due to defect or an error on the part of Darte às Linhas;

- In case of return, the customer will be refunded the amounts paid within 7 days of receiving the returned order accompanied by the return form and after checking the condition of the items;

- The refund will be made through the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment;

- Darte às Linhas is not responsible for any loss of items during the return process;

- If the order is returned to the sender due to incorrect or insufficient address or for any other reason, re-shipment will only be made after new payment of shipping costs.

 

Other Information

Darte às Linhas reserves the right to suspend access to the website, without prior notice, at its discretion and temporarily, for technical reasons or for any other reason, and may also unilaterally modify the conditions of access, such as all or part of the content included therein. 

Darte às Linhas may interrupt or cancel the website or any of the services offered to users, at any time and without prior notice. 

Darte às Linhas may interrupt the service for any user who makes unethical, offensive, illegal or incorrect use of the content or services of Darte às Linhas and/or contrary to the company's interests.
